This Privacy Policy describes how AnyArt, Inc. (“AnyArt,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) protects your privacy when you use the Web site located at www.AnyArt.com (the “Site”).

Once one of your Raw Photos has undergone the AnyArt photo effects (a “AnyArt Image”), you may, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Terms of Service elect to:
(i) Keep your AnyArt Image private on the Site – Users of the Site will not be able to view your AnyArt Image, but you are able to share your AnyArt Image with others.
(ii) Make your AnyArt Image available to the public on the Site – Users of the Site will be able to view your AnyArt Image.
If you make your AnyArt Image available to the public on the Site, AnyArt has the right to use your AnyArt Image: (i) anywhere on the Site (including, but not limited, displaying your AnyArt Image on AnyArt’s Editors Choice page); (ii) in AnyArt’s marketing and promotional materials; and (iii) as otherwise elected by AnyArt.
